To be considered for current open positions all applicants must complete an employment application.  Applications can be obtained by clicking the link below or by contacting the Human Resources Office at 765-742-4033.

All employment applications will remain on file for a period of one year. After that time, a new employment application must be submitted for consideration.

Tippecanoe County Childcare, Inc. requires the successful completion of a drug screen, employment background check, and proof of educational background for all positions.  Some positions also require the completion of a post offer physical to meet State Licensing requirements.

Tippecanoe County Childcare, Inc. offers competitive salaries and employee benefits including group health, dental, vision, life, long-term disability, accidental death & dismemberment, supplemental life, dependent life, 401(k), and paid days off. Benefits are available for employees budgeted to work a minimum of 30 hours per week.
