All employment applications will remain on file for a period of one year. After that time, a new employment application must be completed.

Tippecanoe County Child Care, Inc. requires the successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen, criminal history background check, and proof of educational background for all positions.  Some positions also require the completion of a post offer physical and TB Test to meet State Licensing requirements.

Tippecanoe County Child Care, Inc. offers competitive salaries and employee benefits including group health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, supplemental voluntary life insurance, 401(k) retirement program, and paid vacation, sick and personal days off.  Benefits are available for all employees budgeted to work a minimum of 30 hours per week.
