Center Waiting List
Application - This document should be completed to register
your child or children for child care services at our centers.
Some centers do have waiting lists.
Cool
School Parent Registration Application - This document
should be completed if you wish to register your child for our
Cool School program.
The
Center Waiting List requires that you have Microsoft Word in
order to open the document.
